Located on Sankt Peter Straße in Linz, the Swietelsky headquarters serves as the gateway to the Industriegebiet-Hafen district. The design features a multi-story base with a setback that creates a tree-lined forecourt and covered entrance, smoothing the transition from the street and adjusting for a 6.5-meter elevation towards Boschweg. The architecture progresses from the base into a prominent tower in the southeast, enhancing the skyline and optimizing sunlight for a nearby park with mature trees.
