On November 18th, the groundbreaking ceremony for the headquarters of the Social Security CAF Bas-Rhin took place in Strasburg in the presence of the CEO of the council CAF Bas-Rhin, the vice-president of the General Council of Bas-Rhin as well as the Mayor of Strasburg.
